| To register for COPENHAGEN STREET DANCE CAMP 2008 you will have to fill out the submission formula. When you have filled it out correctly we will mail you a confirmation which also includes info on where and how to pay. When we have received your payment you will get the last confirmation that tells you that you are registered at this years Copenhagen Streetdance Camp 2008. Remember that the last payment date is June 1st. Students travelling from other countries than Sweden and Denmark will pay on the first arrival day. If you have any questions you can send us a mail to info@thehipdrop.com The Hip Drop may keep your information for email contact in the future regarding events and promotion related to The Hip Drop. There will be no refunds and there is no exeptions, but in case of injuries or illness that will make it impossible for you to participate, we can make sure that you get a voucher if you bring us a doctors certificate. If you want to cancel your submission we need to have this in writing at least 2 weeks before your course begins for no charge. If later than that we will charge half the amount, and if you cancel on the first day of COPENHAGEN STREET DANCE CAMP 2008 you will be fully charged. |
